"Please help" My server crashes randomly

    hello,
    recently from the past few days my server has been crashing and i don't know whats causing it
    i tried updating some plugins but it still continues, but at the end of the script it says [SEVERE] java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Java heap space
    plugins:
    world edit
    world guard
    plot me
    pex
    multiverse portals
    multiverse core
    multiverse inventories
    lwc
    essentials
    creeper control
    core protect
    anticheat
