   Well I came across this let's call it a tutorial ( https://github.com/TheYeti/Permissions/wiki/API-Reference ) on how to include permissions into a plugin, and my problem is I don't know if I should type those lines of code outside of boxes or not, and when I do all a get is underlined text. So any help or explanation would be appreciated. I am new to java and plugin developing so be easy on me .
