Problem/Bug PlayerVault wierd error/disability

So i will just jump straight into it for you guys, as you can see from this screen shot ( http://prntscr.com/7ie2x0 ), the rank 'Zombie' has the commands that allow him to use only /pv 1, and when opened to only have 2 slots, but when i go in game and give my non op'ed account Zombie rank this happens ( http://prntscr.com/7ie3l4 ). I don't know whats going on like it might be another plugin that is making it play up or another plugin is needed for it to work but the only other plugin i can think of that it may need is 'Vault' which i already have so i'm completely lost in what to do. Any help would be great as its stopping me from moving on. I really need a fix on this asap and ive looked all over the internet but it seems to me that no one else has this same problem.
