Players of the 1 same IP can't join...

    G' day all. I have been having issues with 2 players trying to connect to my server. Both players have the same IP, and none of them have ever been banned before (I made sure to check through my logs, ban lists, etc.) yet they cannot connect. Has anyone else ever experienced this problem? If this helps at all, my server is hosted at beastnode.com. Thanks.

    How do they have the same ip? Is your server in offline mode?
