Solved Players can't place mob spawners any were

Hi I have Theses Plugins on my server and the proble is that players can't place spawners any were in any world
and i instaled ASkyblock plugin do do a skylock minigame and i added some crates and put some spawners as a prize but wen i friend of mine come test every thing he coulden place mobspawners and i ca't find the problem because it does not say any message in chat the spawner just pouped back to the players inventory

unless authme can disable placing spawers these are the only ones that can do some thing like that
I was for about 4 hours searching and gt nothing on the topic please help me the server is for 1.11.2
