Plugin Help Players can't build in their plots.

    Title says the problem, all players cannot modify their plots unless they are op or have world modify perms.
    I'm using plotme on a different world then my spawn, using multiverse for the other world.
    Main plugins are.
    essentials peermissionsex plotme worldguard multiversecore

    Any help is appreciated!
