Problem/Bug Players Can Not Die In Any World

    Hello,

    In my server, players OPPED or DEOPPED can not deal or take damage to anything.
    No messages appear saying that you can't do it.

    Jumping off the world does not kill you, it just puts you back to spawn.
    Stepping in lava doesn't kill you either.

    I have not added in any recent plugins to cause this.
    Any help would be appreciated greatly!

    What is your plugin list, and or World Protection plugins. (i.e. WorldGuard)
