Player Robbing Plugin

Minecraft version: 1.11.2

Suggested name: PlayerRob (I don't care though)

What I want: I want a plugin where players can rob other players by tying them up with rope (lead).
Like i want it so that when a player has a lead (any lead) they can come up and right click a player and that player has 1 second (configurable if possible) to hit the player trying to tie the person up.
And if they hit the player then they escape.
But if they don't then they're tied up. When tied up a player is blinded and cant move or talk.
And when someone ties someone up then they steal stuff in their inventory.
And After 5 minutes (again configurable if possible) then the player is untied and can move and see and talk again.
Players can also untie someone by right clicking them.

When I'd like it by: As soon as possible

 

I'll give this one a shot! I think it is fun. But I can't start today , maybe this weekend. If anyone else wants to do it then please go ahead, but also report it in this thread so I'm not starting for no reason.

alright thanks, also could you maybe add like a message when someone is getting tied up like it say "&cYou're being robbed!" for the victim, and "&cYou're robbing %victim%"!" for the robber.
