There is a plugin that sets the text color of a player permanently?

TheGameW If you don't want to use @HyVe's plugin for some reason, you can use mine:
Name: PlayerColourPreset
Permissions: pcp.1 pcp.2 pcp.n pcp.a pcp.b pcp.c and so on and so forth.

OP's can't use the colours since they have all the permissions.
