Player Aimed Commands (command targeting a player I look) [Edited]

Suggested name: Player Aimed Commands | I haven't no other ideas of names..

What I want: I want a plugin for execute a command but without type a player name, only use the user I aim, for example :

I have a player in front of me and I want op he. I make "/pac op" and he's op, but I want to it's the sender or console make the "real" command.

Ideas for commands: /playeraimedcommands <command> or /pac <command>

Ideas for permissions: pac.use

When I'd like it by: This month if possible.


Edit: I want say a thing look like the ban hammer but with any command and w/o items
