   hello, I know how to download planetmincraft maps. But how would I form them into minigames?
   Like parkour maps, or awesome minigames maps
   Like do they come already ready? Or do I have to make all the spawns and stuf?

   The maps on PMC are just that - maps. You would need to download the plugin and configure it yourself.
