The reason I am doing this is because I am starting a PvP server and I would like there to be a more open world where people can fight and build bases! Ideas for commands: No commands needed for this plugin. Ideas for permissions: No permissions needed for this plugin. When I'd like it by: Whenever you're done! Do not tell me to use TerrainControl, it does not work to properly remove Oceans.
