Question Placeholder use in command

I plan on making a weekly prefix rotation for the most active player in the server. Is there anyway I can use placeholder in command like %ajlb_lb_statistic_minutes_played_1_name% in the command line as a username so I can auto promote that player to get the "Most Active" prefix? Im using luckperms is there any way I can achieve such thing?
