    Any ideas?

I fixed the issue. For any one viewing this thread in the future or to anyone that had the same problem, I solved it by removing the build flag from my region in worlguard. This flag with the new beta version denies all and any redstone in that region is set "build: deny" . Enter: /rg flag {region} build and the flag will be removed thus solving the problem. Best of luck, B
