Pex - Permissions not working (no access)

    Hey guys, I'm sure i'm using this right and everything's in correct order/syntax/spacing and somereason I have NO permissions at all (can't even chat or open doors)

    Here's my permissions.yml file, please use RAW paste as the smoother view appears to have moved a few things arround??

    Muliverse - Core; Portals; NetherPortals; Inventories;
    Openinv
    Back on Death
    PermissionsEx (obviously)
    Safe Creeper
    SleepNotify
    Vanish no Packet
    WorldEdit

    Pex has previously worked fine with all these plugins and under more demanding conditions for RAM than now...
