Plugin Help PEX help

Hello everyone i am in a need of help i have a server in the making but new people cant use the login command it says the dont have permision. Sooo i downloaded pex and added a permision to the default group called bukkit.command.register and bukkit.command.login but they still cant use those commands! I use the LoginSecurity plugin. So i am asking can someone help me give the default's a permission for the login/register commands. Here's my permission file.

Yeeahhh theres a problem my hunger games plugin updates the log every 0.5 seconds so the log is the same sentence over and over so i cant really do it. And if send you the log how can that help do i need to go and try to login and when it doesnt allow me i use that log or what.
