   Is there an error in the console from PEX?
   You are missing "groups:" at the top of the file.
   
   Why do you have 2 permission plugins? bPermissions and PEX.

   Step 1: get someone to fix your pex file or do it yourself
   Step 2: delete bPermissions
   Step 3: Post EssentialsX config
   Step 4: wait for response
