PEX - Cant Use Commands, and Internal Error

help im making a new server, i used PEX then i make the permissions.
first it says
[WARNING] [PermissionsEx] Can't obtain PermissionsEx instance
[WARNING] [PermissionsEx] Reinjecting all permissibles
i look for it in google and someone says that have delete the config.yml then restart the server, i restarted the server and theres not saying the warnings again, bnut when i type /pex it says the Pex version and an internal occured while trying to do this command.
and also when i try to use the PEX commands nothing happend. its only show the PEX Commands List.
Please Help Me Solve This.

My Permissions.yml is exactly the same (More or less) and it runs fine for myself.

I did have this issue when I switched over from YAPP though. I found that my resolve was to go to the server console and give my user the 'permissions.*' Permission.

Copy the code I've provided above and add it to the very bottom of your Permissions.yml ... One you've done that change where it says 'YourUserName' to your characters name and then save and exit. Return to your server console (assuming it's running at the time) If it's running type reload and hit enter. If it's not running Start your server up and log into minecraft.

What this code does is provides your user and only your user with access to the PEX console and commands In-Game. That way you can continue with what you were doing.

If you still have issues, simply set PEX up through the console instead of doing it in-game.
