Solved [PEX]1.9 No prefixes to names

I have ChatEX. When anyone says anything, nothing gets put in front of their names. This is the permissions text: http://pastebin.com/sCT9UgxV. If you can fix it, please send me a fixed version, or tell me how to fix it, if it needs to be fixed.

Also, chatEX config says:
message-format: '%faction %prefix%displayname%suffix: %message'
It says the prefix should be there^

 

Try install my plugin: http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/pexprefixes/ (Tested for 1.8. Not sure if works on 1.9)
If it doesn't work, try other chat manager plugin.

My bad. I saw an error on it. It will work soon. I need to update it. I will do that tomorrow! Sorry for the inconvenience ;(
NOTE: To test if it actually works in 1.9, reload the server while a player is inside it!

Is the permissions alright though?

 

Your permissions.yml is OK. Added version 1.1 to my plugin. It should work now!

can you say why this happens? when you use /kill it shows, but not when someone is saying something

EDIT: What are your plugins? Do you have other chatmanager? Did you REMOVED ChatEX???

 

I don't have chatEX. Plugins: citizens, Colour signs text, Core Protect, EssentialsX, Factions, Holographic displays, HubJoin, Massive core, Multiverse(Core, Portals) NoCheatPlus, PermissionsEX, PEXprefixes, TitleWelcomeMessage, Vault, and Worldedit

It's very strange... It worked fine for me... Can you try it on 1.8? Try remove and add you to your group, and see what happens. I will look at 1.9 PEX soon. Now I can't because I'm on vacations.
