PermissionsEx resets after 10 minutes... (HELP!)

Hi!
I have a bukkit server that uses PermissionsEx.
Everything works fine, but the PermissionsEx's "permissions.yml" resets after 10 minutes after i started my server.
I have NO idea what it could be and i need help A.S.A.P.

Are you the only one using your server? Let someone else take a screenshot of the pluginlist, than post it. Also, config file of PEX... Euhhh... any further info you can give. Else people in this forum can't help alot. We NEED information.

 

Wow you can't expect any help if your too lazy to take a screenshot, You should not own a server if your that lazy
