PermissionsEX Problem!!!

Hey guys me and a friend run a server that is offline right now and we need some help with our Permissions as we have stuffed something up but don't quite know what it is. We have tried different versions and even typing them all out again. all of our Devs have abbandoned us and we would love to hire some new ones so thanks guys
