PermissionsEx Massive error code!

    Hello, we'll I am helping a friend with his tekkit server because the previous Co Owner didn't do much and I went to the console and saw this

    I really do not know what this means I can see its something to do with permissionsEx and it dosnt look too friendly -.- please can someone tell me what's going on or Teach me how to read error codes like this one so then If it ever happens with another plugin I can hopefully fnd it myself.

    Make sure the permissions.yml file is of correct syntax. Paste it here and see if it outputs any errors. If it does, then that's your problem.
