PermissionsEX/EssentialsChat HELP!

    On my server, I have my group of Owner. It is supposed to have &3 colored chat.For me, it does, but for my other Owner, it has &f colored chat. Same with one of my Head-Admins, they are supposed to have &2 colored chat but they have &f. Please help! Iroh

    FIXED!

    One more question though, how do I allow players using WorldGuard and SimpleRegionMarket to access chests/furnaces/crafting tables in their rented plots without other people?
