PermissionsEX-1.23.2 Plugin Error

    I have a server and I have a problem with my PermissionsEX plugin.The Problem Is I Cant Load the config and the prefix wont show up.I hope some one will help me fix it.Thank You. The Link To The Pastebin -> http://pastebin.com/DY0F87HL

    @djlsash12 Please post your full server log using http://pastebin.com
    Prefixes only show up if you also have a chat plugin handling them.
