Solved permissions with permissionsEX have stopped working!

Hello Minecraft Forum community. I have recently had the problem of my server going from the normal prefixes (used by PEX) to normal default text.

from this:
<[Owner] Tails_Prower_24> .....Chat

to this:
<Tails_Prower_24>

Also everyone has lost access to everything.

I have been working in the permissions file when it happened. I reloaded it and the problem appeared. I undid what I did in there and reloaded it again. Nothing changed. Then I looked at the backup I had and compared the permissions file from the one that worked. Not much of a difference. Changed it to that.... and still.. nothing....

Any post regarding to why this might happen or how to fix it is very helpful to me.
