i downloaded permissions,essentials groupmanager and they wont load the world yml! wtf!? so when i put the jar(s) in the folder and run it i dont get 1 folder im supose to get! WTF?!@ i need help plox.. ty!
We need some more information here. You're quite vaguely describing the problem, at first sounds like you can't get permissions to load, then it sounds like your plugins won't generate their configuration files. Could you post your server.log here, showing everything from when you start the server to when the plugins are done loading?
