Question Permissions not working

Hello, I am new to plugins. The permissions aren't working even though I followed tutorials.

These are what I typed in the permissions.yml file, but I can't use the commands. Can someone help me please? Thank you so much

 

Try another permissions plugin.

 

I've had the same issue a few months in the past, sadly I could not find a solution without downloading LuckPerms Plugin. It's actually a lot easier than typing out all of those permission nodes.
