"Permissions not detected"

    I wrote a permissions file in the permissions.yml in my regular server folder, and for some reason it says "Permissions not detected" on each plugin, as if it weren't there. What did I do wrong?

    could i c your plugins folder? can u just zip it up and add it as an attachment?

    Permissions.yml doesn't work itself. It needs plugin to get it working.
