But when i run server there wrote: The permissions file permissions.yml is not valid YAML: while parsing a block mapping in "<reader>" , line 60, column 5: Pls HELP!!! I need use that's permissions to play music (CustomMusic Plugin) and add 2 new groups.

jason im having problems im trying to make me an owner as group owner but if i have to i tried admin but nothing worked by the way jason i cant get anyone on my server they say it says connection refused and how do u change the server ip??
