Permissions EX Wont allow non OP players /help

So I got PermEX a long time ago and realized any rank that is not OP even admins cannot seem to use the command /help. I made sure to put things like
- help
- help.*
- essentials.help
- essentials.help.*
- permissions.help.true

but none of these scripts seem to allow it. Any ideas why not?
Also ill PM you the permissions file if you need it, otherwise here is the guest
ranks permissions, they should be able to do /help
