Permissions Ex and Towny/Essentials

Ok, i really need some help on whats wrong with my chat!
My friends and i have just started a new Tekkit server which as you all know is on 1.2.5
I really want to use the prefixes made with PEX groups but something is conflicting.
My chat box looks like this... http://imgur.com/w7TiE62 ...however this is how i want it to look:
[world] [Prefix] [displayname/nickname] [msg]

p.s.- what is the [g] in front of the world name?
Any help is greatly appreciated!

 

The [g] is added by TownyChat probably, its the channel tag. It might be added by Essentialschat.

Stop your server, move your server.log out of the craftbukkit directory. Start your server, let it load completely, then stop it. A new server.log will be created, please upload it to http://pastie.org or http://pastebin.com and post the link in the thread.

You broke the pex files, your startup shows where there's tabs or maybe extra spaces.
