[Permissions][Admin]Permissions File Creator - Easy permissions file creation

I created a really nifty program for creating permissions files. This is a beta release that only supports PEX but bPerms, GroupManager, and SuperPerms will be added in soon to come versions.

Instructions:
1) Unpack <Edit by Moderator: Redacted mediafire url>
2) Run PermissionFileCreator.cmd (or rename to .sh for mac or linux)
3) Edit to hearts content.

How to use:
Before you can actually edit permissions you need to select a group. Do this by selecting the group from the list in the top left corner. Now you may mess around. The text box at the bottom will you show you your output. When you are done, just File -> Save or File -> Close and Save then you are finished.

You hard coded the spaces in, lol (Not saying its bad)

Updated for PEX, GroupManager and bPermissions. Will make open source later. Also, if anyone would like to suggest plugins or features feel free. FEEDBACK!!
