Permission Chat Color.

    Hey everyone,

    Can someone make a plugin so if someone has the permisison chatcolor.AQUA it would be &b etc its like coding with the "sendMessage(ChatColor.{COLOUR}" etc if someone has the permission it would make their chat that colour, As simple as that.
