Permanent daytime in specific world

Hey there.

My server runs Multiverse, and we have a few different worlds with specific purposes. One of these is a Creative world, which we would like to be daylight permanently. Naturally, we created a machine to do this for us (a command block and a daylight sensor does the trick). However, this sets the time for ALL worlds, effectively making it daytime forever in all worlds. Is there a way, be it by command block or plugin, to make it daylight in only one world?
