Per world vote rewards

Suggested name: PerWorldVoting?

What I want: A plugin that will give you a different reward depending on the world you are in when you vote. I use SimpleVoteListener, so it needs to work with that.
For example, when someone votes in world 1, it gives them a crate key for crate 1 (all the commands for the vote keys are available, the main command is /crate key (user) (name-of-key), such as /crate key Notch 1).

Ideas for commands: Just a reload command, if necessary.

Ideas for permissions: None needed, everyone should be able to have the effects of this plugin usable straight away.

When I'd like it by: ASAP, preferably within the next week or so.

Hopefully this can be done, as it will be very helpful!
