@RustyDagger Hi there. I'm one of the developers of PerWorldChat. In case you don't know this, we also include a SHOUT option. Which is when a player begins their message with "shout" and the message is sent globally. Example: If you wanted to tell everyone on the server "Hi", you would type in chat "shout Hi".
I have looked at your plugin it seems incomplete, And dose not offer a system to combine worlds. also any command should have a / shout dose not that seems like it is going against the bukkit standards and I don't really want that.
