Per Item Permissions

Permission ideas:

-itempermissions.use.*
-itempermissions.bypass
Idea: I need a plugin that gives permissions to use items, break and place blocks, so you can add a permission like itempermissions.use.wooden_axe or itempermissions.break.cobblestone etc. and if you don't have the right permission it says "You don't have permissions to do that!" (or something else).
Extra note: ASAP please.

Not every but default items like tools and farm items.

 

I can do this when i get back, do you want this for EVERY item?

I just was thinking, You could use essentials AntiBuild, it does that.
