Per Group Potion Effects

    I need a plugin that works with groupmanager on 1.15+ that has permission nodes that make it so when assigned a permission node (such as: potion.effect.strength.1) anyone with that node in that group will have strength 1. Trying to do this to set up classes on a friend's server! Please reply ASAP if you can help!

    I also need it to not give people with the permission node '*' all the permissions in the plugin. Make sure the permission nodes have to be manually assigned to each group.
