Per Group enchant limits

    I would like to have a plugin for my server where I can edit enchantment caps per group. So a [Townsman] (our default rank) could only combine books to Efficiency 5 like normal, but a [Miner] rank could get Efficiency 6.
    or a hunter could get sharpness 6. There was another plugin that did this but it was outdated and didn't work in 1.15.2. it had a really nice permission node setup tho so I could give the miner rank enchants.efficiency.anvil.level6 to let them combine to level 6 in an anvil.
