People die and spawn in The End

How can I fix people dying and spawning in The End. I have tried deleting The End world and regenerating it but that did nothing. I have had this problem for awhile now and can't figure out why it's happening.

No.. People in the world they spawn in the world, when they die in the end they spawn in the end.

Maybe the default world is set to your end world?
