People cant join my minecraft server when i give them the IP.

    No one can join Minecraft server when I give them the Ip, 192.168.0.0 (O's are for protection) do I put that in the server.properties file? Should I add :25565 to the end of it. Should I not

    You need to port forward and the ip you gave them is your computers ip not the public one google what is my ip and try to join with that.
