Plugin info: This is basically a tax plugin for prison owners who doesnt like to add /pay command on there server.So this is the basic idea of this plugin, PayTax plugin will make the /pay not so op.When a player do /pay {player} 1000, Theres a tax will be given to a player who sent money. Like he pays 1000 and the tax will be given to him is 30% of it so the receiver will just receive 700 of it.It will help to make the pay not op.And if your interested making this plugin, please make sure its configurable.

Permission: paytax.bypass - To able to bypass the tax.
