   Unfortunately, there is not such a command. You'll have to do it another way. I would select the area, replace the chests, copy the area, undo the replacing and there you go.
   (If this are too many commands you can use a plugin which compacts them all into one)
   Also I would say this Thread is in the wrong subforum
   
   EDIT: Sorry I didn't noticed you are talking about the api
