Plugin Category: Fun, Role-Playing, Misc Suggested Name: PlayerParties (Or Something Like That) What I Want: I would like a plugin that adds the ability to create "Parties". There would be 1 leader of the Party and anyone who joins said Party would be forced to run certain commands that the leader uses (I would like there to be a config to add the "forced commands") Ideas for Commands: /party (To Show The Help Screen) /party invite [player] (To Invite The Specified Player To Your Party) /party kick [player] (To Remove A Player From The Party) /party join (Join The Party That Has Invited You) /party deny (Deny The Join Request) Ideas for Permissions: party.use (To Use /party join, and /party deny) party.kick (To Use /party kick) party.invite (To Use /party invite) When I'd Like it By: As soon as possible.
KeybladePaladin Would the parties be permanent or would they only last while the players are online? What happens if a player leaves the server? What if that player is the leader?
The Parties would only be temporary. If the leader leaves the server, then the Leadership would be moved to a random Party Member.
Thank you for the recommendation, but there are 2 problems I am facing with this: 1. I need a plugin for version 1.7.2 - 1.7.4 2. I need there to be a way for the Party Leader to force all members to run a command (Basically so that they can all play the same Minigame)
timtower The Plugin is only for 1.7.9, but the plugins I use on my server have not updated to 1.7.9, that's why I need the plugin to be 1.7.4 compatible.
KeybladePaladin Error log then? I have multiple plugins that say that they are for other versions while working fine. Like I said: till proven otherwise
timtower You clearly did not read the 2nd problem I had with the plugin. I need the plugin to have configurable commands that the Members are forced to run if the Leader uses them. Ex. The Leader uses the command /warp SurvivalGames (and /warp happens to be in the config file that forces Members to run commands) so it forces the Members of the Leaders party to run the same command.
timtower I apologize if this seems rude, but have you read any of the previous statements? The plugin is not compatible, also it does not have the features I need.
KeybladePaladin The compatible: I use plugins on my server made for 1.6, server is running 1.7.9, no issues, that is what the API is for. And you can request those features. That is what I am saying.
timtower The Plugin conflicts with another plugin I am using (The plugin it conflicts with, I cannot remove) Although it did begin to initialize on my server, so I apologize for saying it would not work.

timtower I'm not holding you responsible, but the Parties plugin corrupted my server....so.....I'm sad now....

The fact that a party plugin generally isn't able to corrupt a server. And lets take this thing to the PM section, want to know what corrupted your server and how it did that.
timtower Sorry, it appears that I have made a false accusation. The WorldGuard regions became corrupted and deleted the worlds that had existing regions in them. Luckily I had backups of the worlds. By the way, this has gone a little bit off topic. Back to the Original Topic! CAN ANYONE CREATE THIS PLUGIN FOR ME?
