Parkour reward chest

NOTICE: I have looked around EVERYWHERE for this plugin and I haven't found a single plugin.

Minecraft version: Spigot 1.8.8

Suggested name: ParkourReward

What I want: I'd like a parkour chest reward plugin where there is a stationary chest that you can claim every 24 hours. The chest has random loot. You receive different items every time you open the chest. Also, when you open the chest it sends a you a msg saying "&aYou have received your rewards! Come back after 24 hours." and it sends you to spawn.
And when you try to open the chest again it should say "You have already received your rewards. Come back after (left hours)." <------ {shouldn't send you to spawn}

Make random loot configurable in config (with rarity)

Im not sure how a chest will be defined as a reward chest but that can be up to you, as long as not all the chests are reward chests its fine.

Ideas for commands: /pchestreward reload reloads the plugin
/pchestreward add Makes the chest a reward chest

Ideas for permissions: pchestreward.admin <----- makes it so they can use /pchestreward commands

I should be able to do this for you. Will the items have lore and custom names or will it be generic items?
