What I'm looking for: I'm looking for a plugin to essentially sniff packets across the board, but for my particular case: to list every time 'packetplayoutentitymetadata' is used as well as the location, time and plugin that sent the packet. I've been having issues with players popping out of nowhere just as a playermodel even though they are not in that location.




TLDR - Tell the user everytime 'packetplayoutentitymetadata' is sent - where it came from.

Ideas for commands:
- /packetsniffer add <packet_id>
- /packetsniffer delete <packet_id>
- /packetsniffer list

List should be written to a file, but the list command could show most recent ones.

Ideas for permissions: packetsniffer.add packetsniffer.delete packetsniffer.list packetsniffer.*

When I'd like it by: Does anyone actually fill out this field? - I'd like it whenever someone gets the chance to make it, and thinks it's a good idea...
