i cant use bukkit java 7 (or any bukkit) since the 1.8 update, i get outdated, i can use minecrafts version, it seems like im the only one so i had to post a thread
Tthere is not a stable bukkit server (recommended build) for 1.8 yet. You're getting this error because the current server is for 1.7.3, not 1.8. Just be patient, it'll come. Bukkit is a free project driven by a few talented individuals for no money. All we can do is wait and support them.

There is no RB (recommended build) yet. If you want some official to the minute announcements, bukkit's twitter is craftbukkit. There are development builds that are not promoted to reccomended build. That means they may have some bugs. Version 1.8.1 is the latest minecraft build. If you were running a development build, you may have downloaded a version for 1.8, 1.8.1 may not be compatible with that. On a side note, it's nice to edit your posts rather than double/tripple posting. And also it's nice if you'd use proper english rather than slang, it may help us help you help us all.

In a long long time! Seriously, what do you want from us? The hours? We don't know! Nobody knows, not even the bukkit developers...they're working on it as we speak!
The ETA (estimated time of arrival) is "when it's done". I am NOT a spokesperson for craftbukkit. I think you along with other people need to just be patient and wait. There are a few very talented individuals working on this project for no pay. They do this for free on their own time. A recommended build could take an hour, a day, a week or rarely a month. It varies greatly, patience is a very nice virtue to have. Proper spelling and grammar is one too, please don't mutilate English as it's done nothing to you.
yeah but its so boring without plugins, take it as a compliment, as if u are needed by a large community
I am building a server myself. I paid 25 USD for a good server, I need to pay this monthly. I need to wait too you know. I'm expecting hundreds (non-simultaneous) of users to register to my server.
