Okay, so it looks like your server is running out of RAM. Well, that is obviously stated by your title.
So what you are going to want to so is change the -Xmx1G to something bigger, but not as big as 4G (Generally, you should save about a gig for your operating system since you are on Windows), so something like -Xmx3G.

Give your server more RAM and you're fine ;)

Do you have any big background apps running (Firefox, Minecraft client, Internet Exploder, etc.) ? Also, are you running Windows XP 32-bit? If so, if I recall correctly, Java won't be able to allocate more than a gig of RAM to any process.

I think i had more then 1gb before and no i dont have any bg apps

It is 32-bit but i still think i had more then 1gb before and why would it start now? It has been up and runnig for about 8 months now

Have you installed any big plugins recently (WorldEdit or the like)? Also, it could be caused by a lot of exploring on the server or a lot of people on the server.

I don't recall you mentioning what version of Windows you are running? (XP, Vista, 7)

Okay. This is from the Java FAQ page:
Which means while the theoretical maximum of 32-bit Java is 4G, you are really only going to get somewhere between that 1.4 and 1.6 GB, especially on Vista (memory hog).

I'm not that technical of me so.. is there anything i can do?

Well, most likely not, unless you install a 64 bit operating system-which I doubt your computer supports as it seems to have come pre-installed with 32 bit Vista. So I guess the max you can try is 1.3 or 1.4 GBs

Ok, too bad. But thanks anyways! I really love when people answer so quick!
