   I am having the problem on my server where when i do /home [player]:[homename] when they're offline it says [Error: Not Supported Yet] but works for players online. Does this mean essentials is outdated?

   I'm not sure, but it probably means that its not supported yet...
   
   You can always get the up-to-date version of it on the Bukkit Dev Page. As for the feature, its probably not added yet. I personally don't use Essentials, so I can't really say.
