like he liked it
Its looking great
Will it support linux?
It runs on every machine you can think of as long as it supports a webserver (for the panel)
(and linux is the best for it)
Thanks, I can't wait to try it (sorry MCMA )
I learned from a great community, instead of cluttering the topic with thanks', I just click the like/thanks button..
It doesn't harm you or me
EDIT: I hate laptop keyboards :/
@Antariano: You said it would run on every OS which is possible to run a webserver on it. Could I use Xampp as this webserver or do I need an other programm? Which do you prefer? Thx and sry for my bad english ;-)
Xampp is the way to go
Thanks a lot
I tried, guys. I worked all day to get the demo done, but I didn't succeed. So it's due tomorrow, altough I don't have a lot of time.
I'll try to get it done tomorrow.
As a little excuse present here is a new item of uncle Ant's screenshot collection
But the screenshot's worth it
But wait... does this let you update your CraftBukkit automatically?
So I can update my server from my phone now?
And I can see a lot of work has been put into this project, and the screenshots have blown me away. If it takes one more day to be just that more awesome, then by all means, take one more day!
ty very much, I really appreciate it!
Yes, you can update it with one click, and it automatically recognizes when it's outdated (as seen on this screeshot:
Woah I really want this now, Can I have the beta Please
closed beta is really just for bug killing. Open beta is way better, trust me
will the panel need a mysql database?
Imah rollback to #1
How do I join the open beta? This looks like the best thing that ever happened to Bukkit other than... well... nothing. It looks fantastic!
The open beta is not out yet, but the closed beta is about to start.
Well, I hope I don't miss the open beta aswell . Looking forward to see this running at my place anytime soon
Like a boss!
Each new post of uncle Ant's I reads I said to myself : This man is awesome (but I'm not gay) !!!
The SpaceBukkit team makes really good stuff. That's it that makes us like-o-holics !!
Hi, I am guessing no one new can join the closed beta? How long until your in open beta?
The closed beta should take approx. 2 weeks
I intended to call the open beta version "codename Sputnick", but looking back at my social life while developing it I'd rather call it "codename forever alone" ;P
They only go back to 500 and something if I remember right.
EDIT: 1-5 and 617 - Current
Must have static demo.
Moderator edit: All caps. Consider yourself warned @081247 next time it will be an infraction.
If you put so much time into this project it has to become an epic one I can't wait. My server now runs perfectly and everything is ready for the "plugin"
Ok guys, I'm done for today. I'm utterly exhausted, no way I finish the demo in time.
You may ask yourself: why Antariano, Y U NO POST DEMO.
The reason is simple: I could post the demo, but there are parts of the panel which are not ready yet.
I prefer spending my time programming those missing parts for beta rather then for preparing a static demo page.
So here's the deal: I publish the demo, but it will have some missing parts. If that's ok for you guys, I'll post the demo tomorrow
Keep in mind: the demo is just static. This means that if you click "ban XYZ", the message will appear that confirms his ban, but nobody will be banned and the user will stay in the userlist.
Same for all Save operations: Saving configs, user roles, installing & updating plugins etc. won't actually do anything in the demo, but at least it'll look cool
@Antariano 's brain will you marry me?
I take this! This sounds sooo much cool!
